PREMIER GLOBAL FINANCIAL offers project finance customized to the Borrower’s domestic environment and evaluates three key levels of criteria: investment value, organizational structure and financial requirements. First, PREMIER GLOBAL FINANCIAL makes an independent investment evaluation involving the profitability of the industrial asset or project. PREMIER GLOBAL FINANCIAL then works with Borrowers to evaluate the organizational structure of the project to create an independent entity to own and manage the project. Finally, PRERMIER GLOBAL FINANCIAL works with Borrowers to structure debt financing that is consistent with the project’s repayment capacities and operating cash flows.

PRERMIER GLOBAL FINANCIAL focuses on the following types of industrial projects: infrastructure, power generation, oil refineries, natural gas and telecommunications. PRERMIER GLOBAL FINANCIAL also provides Borrowers assistance in sourcing U.S. manufactured equipment, such as aircraft, agricultural machinery, off-shore vessels, energy related equipment, medical and pharmaceutical equipment. Non-industrial start-up ventures are also considered and are evaluated based on merit.

Short term and medium term financing is structured for projects with repayment terms of 180 days to ten years. Renewals, extensions and prepayment are available options. Adjustable and fixed interest rates are available for cash flow sensitive periods and loan terms are tailored to the project’s repayment abilities.

EXPORT & IMPORT BANK PROGRAMS:

PRERMIER GLOBAL FINANCIAL supports ExIm Bank’s medium and long term comprehensive guarantee programs. Financing can be arranged for export, import and project financing involving U.S. companies exporting to Emerging Market countries.

We are able to work with several Export Import banks from several countries around the world, for example Export Import Bank of China, Korea, United Kingdom, Japon and others similar institutions in different countries in the world.

PREMIER GLOBAL FINANCIAL has also initiated multilateral agency services (i.e. OPIC, MIGA, IFC, ERBD, IDB, the Asian Development Bank and the African Development Bank) on a case-by-case basis for supporting complex industrial and infrastructure projects.
